Cat's Claw or Cat's Claws (also Uña de Gato or Unha de gato in Spanish or Portuguese) is a common name for several plants: Acacia greggii is a species of Acacia native to the southwestern United States and northern Mexico. Thick white, and creamy when granulated. This is the best of the best when it comes to honey. Delicious! Very unique, and in very short supply, so you need to get it while you can. We do not know when we will see it again as conditions are difficult at best to present themselves. In the first draw Cat Claw will always be light in color. Following draws may be darker as mesquite starts to push out nectar. In either case the flavor is incredible to be sure. This product has never seen heat warmer than the hive it came from.

Wonderful honey source
